We replaced an old 4-Ton Trane system with a new condensing unit and air handler. We safely removed old equipment, reconnected piping, electrical, and controls, evacuated and charged the system, and ensured everything operated correctly.

I successfully installed a new water heater pan, ensuring it was properly aligned and securely fastened to prevent any leaks. Additionally, I installed a new expansion tank to manage water pressure and prevent potential damage to the system. A new vent cap was fitted to the gas water heater to maintain proper ventilation and efficiency. I also installed a new vent grill for the door to the water heater room, enhancing airflow and safety. Each component was installed with precision, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

We performed an initial service and have scheduled a 2-week follow up.
